In addition, Flavours of Fiji Cooking School has recently launched a Market Tour in-conjunction with cooking classes giving visitors an insight into Fiji’s fresh local produce markets! Menus include traditional favourites showcasing seasonal seafood, root crops, local fruits & vegetables, an exotic array of local style curries, homemade chutneys, fresh tropical juices & local sweets. Rivers Fiji

South Sea Island offers a full day or half day option in paradise where you can make the most of the activities on offer. Snorkel, dive, sail or ride beneath the waves in a semi submersible vessel to explore the crystal clear waters with its magnificent coral and fish life surrounding this uninhabited island. Fiji’s original Off-Road Cave Safari offers you a half day, Fijian adventure, for those who would like to “Take the Road Less Travelled”. Transporting you comfortably aboard our custom built, All-Terrain vehicles into the Fiji interiors. Your journey of discovery transports you back in time to the days of cannibalism, tribal war-fare and you will see first-hand where many of these battles took place.Your adventure includes crossing the mighty Sigatoka River, Fiji’s longest river and also culminates with you entering the Naihehe Cave, a cannibal fortress. Tivua Island Day Cruise
Set Sail on a tall ship to our private coral atoll of Tivua. Departing daily from Port Denarau this full day experience offers a relaxing or active day – it is up to you. Our uninhabited island is surrounded by 500 acres of coral reef teeming with fish, is a turtle nesting ground and has plenty of shade with places to relax. You may even decide to have a massage. Your day includes snorkelling, kayaking, Stand up paddle boarding, Glass Bottom boat tours, fresh ice Buffet lunch from the BBQ, cultural activities and drinks on the island. Adrenalin Fishing Charters
Adrenalin Fiji has been operating fishing charters from Port Denarau Marina since 2005 and offers charter boats including two 25ft centre consoles, a 36ft Kevlacat, and a 51ft Riviera for added comfort. With quality brand equipment and experienced crew, we take you out to chase tuna, mahi-mahi, narrow barreled (Spanish) mackerel, wahoo and billfish.
We mostly fish in the Mamanuca Island group during half-day, full-day and overnight live-aboard charters from our base at Port Denarau Marina, Nadi on the main island of Viti Levu.
Ultimate Encounters

Experience the best of Fiji! Your tour begins with an authentic, guided village visit featuring a traditional welcome ceremony in the Chief’s “bure”. This is followed by a mud-crab catching adventure through the mangroves on your way to Robinson Crusoe Island. SeaSpray Day Sailing Adventure
Explore the crystal waters, beautiful beaches and lagoons of the outer Mamanuca Islands on board the magnificent 83 foot schooner Seaspray. Anchor off Modriki Island and explore the deserted island, sunbathe on soft sand or snorkel the coral reefs. Afterwards visit a traditional island village on Yanuya Island, where we meet the locals and are welcomed ashore (except Sunday).
